Central Pavilion
has a concrete floor with no carpet. Central
Pavilion is air conditioned.
East Pavilion
has a hard-packed dirt floor with no weight
restrictions. There are 2 doors that are each 16
feet high by 14 feet wide. The maximum ceiling
height in the East Pavilion is 18 feet. If you can
get it in the doors, set it up! 10 x 10 foot booths
are on hard packed dirt and are pipe and draped.
The 20 x 30 feet booths are on hard packed dirt
with no pipe and drape.
If you want carpet
on the floor of your booth please call
Kistler Tent at (307) 237-3020 to arrange to
rent your carpet. Kistler Tent is doing the pipe
and drape. It is highly recommended to carpet your
booth in the East Pavilion.
Exhibitors agree
to maintain their booth(s) and displays:
Tuesday, June 3rd
9:00am - 5:00pm (Exhibitor Set-up)
Wednesday, June 4th
9:30am - 7:30pm (Show Hours)
Thursday, June 5th
8:00am - 4:00pm (Show Hours)
Exhibitor "Tear
Down" starts at 4:15pm on Thursday, June 5th.
Your booth MUST BE
maintained during show times. NO EARLY TEAR
DOWNS.
Exhibitors are
responsible
for all personal equipment. It is the responsibility
of each exhibitor to maintain insurance coverage
against injury to persons or damage or loss of
property in such amounts as the exhibitors deem
adequate. Exhibitors are responsible for damage
they cause to the CamPlex facility.
The Black Rock Café
is the only food vendor for The CBM Education Fair.
They will be serving reasonably priced meals and snacks so please don’t bring
other food or drink into the building. CamPlex
rules allow only Pepsi products.
If an Exhibitor is
solicited
by a salesperson not exhibiting at CBM 2008 please
bring their business card to Event Services. We
reserve the right to eject that salesperson from the
event.
SUGGESTION:
Drawings get you more business cards and contacts!
Individual door prizes may be offered at
your discretion. If you provide a door prize, it
will be your responsibility to select the winner and
award the prize. We will be happy to post the
winners for you. Be sure to promote this Fair to
your customers!
Use
of Space:
The exhibitor lessee and its agents shall not occupy
any other space or place, except as allotted to them
by their contract. No exhibitor lessee shall assign,
sublet, or share the allotted space in whole or
part, nor exhibit any other goods or services other
than those manufactured or distributed in the
regular course of business by the exhibitor lessee.
Character of Exhibits:
The CBM Education Fair (lessor), at its sole
discretion, reserves the right to restrict exhibits
which, because of noise, size, methods of operation
or for any other reasons, become objectionable and
also reserve the right to prohibit or evict any
exhibit which, in the opinion of the lessor, may
detract from the general character of the display.
This reservation includes persons, things, conduct,
printed matter or anything of a character which may
be objectionable to the exhibit as a whole. In the
event of such restriction or eviction, the lessor is
not liable for any refunds or rentals or other
exhibition expense. No exhibit shall violate any
municipal, state, or federal law, rules or
regulations, including safety codes.
Exhibitors are required to register
all members of their exhibition team. Admittance to
the exhibit hall and all conference functions is
restricted to those wearing an event badge provided
by the CBM Education Fair only. Name Tags at the CBM Fair are $25
each!
All Exhibitors must enjoy the event or contact Event
Services to rectify the problem.
North Park Transportation
is
the official shipper for the CBM Education Fair.
Shipments will be stored at the NPT facility until
Tuesday evening and then delivered to the CamPlex.
Package services such as FedEx and UPS will not be
received or shipped due to past shipping/receiving
problems with them. If you must use a package
service you will want to ship to your hotel or local
office.
CamPlex will not
receive freight.
